This book is the best for the beginner who wants to do it all, after 25 years I still refer to this book every time I go hunting or need a certain recipe. May be I should get the updated version but I will not let this one go

This is an EXCELLENT resource for hunters, especially if your new to hunting! It walks you through step-by-step, in full color illustrations and explanations, on how to skin, gut, dress, cut, portion, cook, etc all kinds of game animals. Even if you've been hunting for years, this is a good book to have in your inventory. It's the ultimate cook book!
