I'm about 5'8". This was a perfect fit for me. It's narrow but great for packing on a bicycle. Extremely light weight. You won't find great comfort, but at least you won't be laying on rocks. Don't expect this thing to last for ages. It's just meant to get the job done at an affordable price.
