Texsport Adjustable Tent Pole - Model 14092
Great Lantern Holder Too
I use this product to hold my lantern while night fishing so I can see my line. It has an easy to use telescopicing design that will let you adjust it to the desired height you need. It is quality made, light weight, durable, and easy to transport and if I ever need a tent pole I will already have one. It is also great if you need to retrieve a good lure you have landed in the brush that is just a litte out of reach.

Tent Poles worked perfectly. Everyone should have a couple on hand as when the rain comes any tarp can become a dry place to be. Will also work great for sun shade. Poles fit right into the grommets on a blue tarp.

Rust never sleeps
These poles came with my pop up for an awning. These pole are great just as long as it doesn't rain. The first time I used them it rained and they filled up with water. The rubber cap at the bottom kept the water from draining out. When we got home rusty water poured out of the poles. I took them apart and sanded all the rust off and coated them with a light oil. On our next outing it rained and they rusted again really, really bad. I can't believe they make these out of steel. The galvanized coating on them has to be really thin for them to be rusting so quickly. These pole should be made out of aluminum. Buyer beware!!! The manufacturer said they have never had any problems with them. Yeah, right!!!! Steel and water don't mix.

Does the Job
I bought 2 of the these poles for camping mainly to hold up tarps and they performed rather well. They don't seem very durable, but they did the job. For the price you can't go wrong. Both poles got wet during my camping trip and neither of them show any signs of corrosion as mentioned in other reviews.
