Teva® Mush® II Thong Sandals for Ladies - Water Flower Black
The Mush is not what it use to be
I've owned several pairs of Mush flip flops through the years and loved them because they were durable, stylish and most of all comfortable. Having not been able to locate the original Mush anywhere else, I ordered directly from Teva, only to discover upon receipt that the design of the Mush has changed. Labeled the Mush II - this flip flop does not feel or fit like the original. The toe piece is too long and the ribbon thong sits much farther back on the foot (closer to your ankle). It is also shorter in size. I was very disappointed and returned the item. I am now looking at the flip flop from the Maine retailer instead. So long Teva Mush, it was a good run.

Styling has changed
I love Teva Mush flip-flops and have at least 10 pairs. This season I was disappointed to find the styling had changed. They run about a half size smaller, are narrower, and the sole is thinner. I have a medium to wide foot and have always loved the wideness of these flip-flops compared to others. They are not so narrow they cannot be worn, just not the same quality as before. When I line up this years model with last year's, it is significantly smaller. I am on my feet all day and these still have the best arch support of all the flip-flops I have tried so I will keep them. On a good note, I love the new patterns.

Don't like the hard logo in heel bed.
I wear them the Mush sandals all day everyday the temp. is over 50 degrees. The last ones I bought have the new harder logo in the heel bed. At first that was fine, but as I have worn them and the footbed has sunken to my foot shape, the logo does not give and it hurts your heel. Please go back to the other style logo. Also the shape of the toe of the shoe is a little narrower/more pointed - not so rounded. One of the things I love about the Teva Mush is that it fit my wide feet. Now my big toe is rolling off the edge. But I love the mush footbed so much I am putting up with these inconveniences - would it be possible to offer both widths. Not everyone has narrow feet!!

Beware if your feet are a tad wide..
These are super cute! These flip flops run a tad narrow and are a little tight but its bearable. But my feet tend to be a tad wide so its going to take me a little while to bring them in. To the ladies out there that have the same feet problem as me, here is a nice tip. What I've been doing is, instead of me actually having to walk in them in order to break them in, you can use the "water in sandwich bag technique" and stick them in the freezer. You can look up videos online for this exercise if you are more of a visual learner. The ice will do the breaking in for you while your feet don't have to suffer the pain!
