  • 3-4x more stretch than stainless leaders
  • Corrosion proof
  • Non-reflective smoke black finish

Titanium leaders stretch like monofilament and are three to four times more stretchable than stainless (which breaks when kinked). More "cut proof" than stainless, corrosion proof, non-reflective smoke black color. Used and endorsed by Steve Shook, professional saltwater angler and S.K.A. top angler of the year. Easy to rig--use a simple clinch or albright knot. 25' coil. Made in USA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product Excellent for those crimping them, but dont recomend tying these... August 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works well for me!!! Let me start by saying that I prefer to use Malin's Boa No Kink 40# because of its thinner diameter, that said, I do use terminator brand when I dont have enough money for the Boa No Kink and I think it is a fantastic product, just a little stretch that you can hear when tying a knot. Last winter my friends and I landed about 25 pike over 20 pounds without one bite off. If a big fish is important to you use titanium. As far as tying knots go, those of you that say you cant tie it must not have followed the directions, you just tie a clinch not but instead of pulling the main line to tighten, you must pull the tag end to tighten or it will kink.I just ordered a bunch of terminator wire so I can make up leaders to sell to everyone on the ice that asks me a million questions about my leaders, where did you get it?How do you tie it? How much is it?Can the fish see it? etc... December 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best leader for pike Basically everything else kinks. I bought 2 X 25 ft from BPH, make my own leaders. The only odd think I found, BPH has sent them in a box when a simple anvelope will be enough, and maybe cheaper. The box was 95% empty. Also, it says that it stretches like monofilament. I cound't prove this. I pulled hard from both sides didn't stretch a bit. Mono has 30% stretch, flouro 11%, that means 4 and respective 1 inch for every foot. Didn't see that in titanium. I crimped a Malin sleeve at the end and put electrical heat shrink in top, totally weedless. July 19, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by not knotable It dont have memory, very thin an strong but, you can not use knot with it easily ! I now use the malin sleeves and it work great now. June 29, 2011

I have been using this titanium wire for years. It is just awesome. Don't waste your time on sleeves. You can tie this directly to a lure or snap or swivel. I have had the best luck just tying a snap to one end and a swivel or a solid steel ring to the end you tie your line to--it's so much more suttle--It really reduces the weight of the whole leader so it is less apt to alter the action of your lure. I have never had one fail by tying it.

Depending on which diameter, in my case...titanium leader 70 lbs, diameter is 0,508 mm, so I would likely use item (38-425-316-00) mini sleeves from offshore angler.
