Needed to add seats to a lake jon with tank seats but wanted to avoid cutting holes for pedestal mounts.
The quick release mounts solved my problem of how to mount a low profile removable seat to a jon boat.
You must use the Tempress seats but they are very comfy and will not rot. I looked at several mounting options and feel this was the easiest and most durable.

The mounts works find but not easy to disconnect. Needed a large screw driver to get released

Good item, but need to include mounting instructions to attach to the seat. Hard to release the locking flap to remove the seat.

I replaced my bench seat with the Tempress quick disconnect mounts and all weather seats and could not be happier. Easy to mount and the look is so classic.
