Bought two Tempress® Navistyle Hi-Back Boat Seats. Plate holes lined-up perfectly with the swivels I bought. Consider buying an adjustable seat plate for the bow in case lower heights do not work for trolling motor pedal control. Had one issue with lock not working on one seat but fixed it by pushing the top hinge "plate" down. The seats do not flip up in very rough water or when trailering. Very comfortable.

Seats make you sit too straight up ( actually lean a little forward). Very uncomfortable position. Wasted my money on these.

I liked the look and feel of this seat and when I bought it on sale I was happy. Until I tried to mount it to my original seat post/base. The holes did not match-up at all. Before returning it to the store I checked other seat bases/posts and this seat was the "odd man out" so back to the store it went.

Due to having back problems, my wife wanted high-back boat seats. We had the Boston Whaler dealer install a pair of these on a new 150 Super Sport with swivels. Even the dealer commented on how comfortable the seats were.
