Very good seat overall. Good frame, nice look. Only dislike is no strap to snap seat closed while trailering or running outboard at high speeds. Frame is the best part.

When I first had theese seats I was over 500 pounds! I never had a problem with the base cracking or stripping out. They were a teriffic, durable seat, even in my saltwater, guide use, enviroment. After their 7th year of using the same 3 seats I decided to change them to a newer style......HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! The side pins broke within a year and the seat covers started cracking and I was even down to half of my original weight!A:Â
My brother-in-law goes about 275 lbs and he hasen't crushed them yet. Unlike other seats I've had in my boatA:Â
Most boat seats do not have a weight limit rating. There are no standardized test for seats and no way to rate them.Q:Â
