When I ordered this item, I was a little skeptical due to the total lack of description given. I was very pleased though after I got it and could see it. I comes with snaps along the top that you can screw into any surface. Once the snaps are screwed in, you snap the storage bag to the seat bottom or wherever you decide to install it. You can even wrap it around a corner, as I did, to install it. It also has straps with buckles on each end of the bag so you can strap it to a seat back. The construction is very heavy and durable and I look forward to many years of good use. As a matter of fact, I'm going to order two more to go in my pontoon boat.
