the teleflex pro-trim is the best units on the market. it is very dependable and durable.

It is great on a bass boat. you have two hands on the steering wheel, and one finger on the pro-Trim when you need it. Plus both eyes straight a head. that is way you need one.

I've use the push button trim switch on my steering wheel for years. It just broke and i wanted a knew design. It works great. still have to get use to it.

Can a single one be on top of another one opposite from the other one.Have one already for the tilt.

no, the way it lock in is using the 3 screws under the steering wheelA:Â
Per the manufacturer, people have done it but we do not recommend it, do to the shortage of space between the top of the bezel and the bottom of the steering wheel. That is why we offer the PT2000P. ThanksAnswers

switch is mounted on the column not the steering wheel it stays at the position you mount it 3 or 9 for the single.A:Â
The switch stays at the 3 or 9 o'clock position it is held in place on my boat by 3 screws that were provided, i had to use a steering wheel puller to remove the steering wheel and remove the 3 screws then place the tilt trim over steering shaft and reinstall the screws and put steering wheel back on took about 20 min,to install.Answers
