Teardrop Strike Indicators
I've tried other strike indicators, and this one has out performed them all. The price (even though a bit high) is still cheaper than other indicators. I like the fact that you can use any cut tootpick incase you lose the original. Also... this indicator has never come off while fishing. Every other indicator I have used has come off durring casts at some point. The only time I lose one, is when a fish breaks my line. I wish I could buy these things in bulk.

Favorite strike indicator
I have always liked using these strike indicators. What is nice about them is they are easy to see easy to use and they dont fall off like some of the other ones that have a slit in them. The only disadvantage is you need to make sure you have it on your line before you tie your flies on. If you forget, your only options are to clip your leader and start all over or, use the ones with the slits in them with the same design.

The 5/8in floats work great as a slip or pegged cork when shooting docks for crappie. A 1/16 oz jig works well with the 5/8 cork and the 1/2 works well with 1/32 oz jigs. The yellow is good for dark docks

I do not like these indicators, the toothpicks split, and the hole for your leader to go through are so tiny! Save your money and get the football shaped indicators.
