I purchased the Judge after a lot of research and shopping around and couldn't be happier with it. The fact that it shoots .410 shot shells is awesome but the .45 Colts pack a massive punch themselves. Hit a bulls-eye at 25 yards with the .45 the first day I took it out. Got speed loaders for both kinds of rounds so she is always at the ready. Awesome revolver!

According to the Taurus website, this model has a chamber length of 2.5" - so it will not accomodate a 3" shell. You can check the website for specifications of all their models.1 of 1
