All I can say is try them! These baits (all tackle industries tackle) are not only less money than similar baits, they are also MUCH tougher than the others! I have a couple Super D's with 10+ fish under their belts I would also highly recommend the Tackle Industries Muskie rods Awsome equipment and affordable!!

I don't know why some people complain about these, I think they are great. Some will say that the original bull dawg is the only way to go but these hold up much better. I tossed a walleye coloured one and a 48 absolutely crushed it!!! Still in perfect shape. Grab one and start fishing!

Never thought I would say that a rubber swimbait is a tank among lures but the SuperD is. What an improvement over other swimbaits that generally fall a part after a few fish. Works like a dream from casting to trolling and my SuperD lures have boated me a lot of fish. Great lures. Wish they made tubes like this with the toughness.

Took this bait out to see just how it would run. Tangled quite frequently with hooks and tail. It ran off to one side every other cast. I suppose it would work if you would put up with that but right out of the box I would expect something to work much better than this. Time to reengineer.

Works well in WV for musky. We paint red gills onto the baits for added realism. Bright red fingernail polish works well for this. Sometimes that little bit gets the strike you want. Buy 3-4 different colors and see which one your tigers might like. Seems more effective in slightly cloudy water.

This really depends on the lake that you are fishing. This bait is intended for fishing for muskies. The best suggestion would be to check with local marina owners and your state's conservation department for clues on the major forage species in the lake. Then, match the lure that you are choosing to closely resemble the "hatch" that the game fish you are targeting are feeding on.1 of 1
