The first braided tie-able leader on the market, TUF-Leader is engineered and designed specifically for "toothy" fish. TUF-Line TUF-Leader Braided Stainless Steel Bite Leader eliminates problems encountered with other steel leader materials. TUF-Leader's special construction permits the leader to be tied with standard knots instead of using traditional crimping techniques. Tie an Albright or Palomar knot and the knots cinch down cleanly, with little effort. Manufactured using a tri-component process, TUF-Leader uses T-304 extruded stainless steel around a Spectra fiber core for the strongest and most durable knots. In fact, a 16-carrier braid construction ensures the smallest possible diameter combined with a super smooth exterior.
