Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good sight for the money Used this sight on a Black bear hunt in Minnesota. Easy to install using a weaver mount. Sighted in within 5 shots. I've shot about six 3" slugs without it coming off zero. I really like the multiple options of power levels, reticle and color. Its been a budget friendly option for a red dot that has worked well so far. I would have given it 5 stars but the rear emitter glass was smeared with a oily substance upon arrival. It took a little time for me to figure out why my reticle looked distorted. After a swab with a q-tip it was fixed. At first I was worried about the quality. I can see small globs of adhesives that are holding the mirror and glass in place. However after a week long hunt that included lots of trail riding with ATV's and lots of walking with the gun slung, I had no problems. Thus far its worked well. If you buy this take lens cleaning rag, lens cleaner and q-tip into the field with you. September 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great turkey sight for $ Easy to sight in. I love the choice of color, brightness and size of the reticle. Easy to use and stands up great to 12 gauge recoil. Only complaint is water builds up in the base in the rain and distorts the sight picture that is projected onto the lens. I cover it and keep a cloth to dry it handy. June 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy and permanent zeroing You won't believe how easy this sight is to zero ..... And it won't move........ Much easier than sighting with a scope or open sights..... Highly recomended!! February 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by truglo wow !!! Sight mounted easily, At 30 yrds had it zeroed with 4 shots. Love the two color dots. Green dot worked very well in bright sun light at a 2 setting. Red dot worked also but at a setting of 4 in bright daylight. Very good product and very good price for the quality. Heading back to the range this morning to "play" some more. June 30, 2012

It should. the rail on the 15-22 is standard for most rifles, the question would probably come if you were trying to mount it to a pistol with a rail. If it's intended to go on a rifle, then it'll fit your M&P 15-22.

Maybe, this sight has integrated mounting rails that attach to a standard Weaver-style base or Picatinny rail. If your firearm has a smaller 3/8” mounting base, a TRUGLO mounting adaptor can be purchased (visit www.truglo.com).

I use a 30-30 lever action in heavy woods where I'd be shooting from 5yrds to 100yrds possibly even further over farm land. So what optic would you recommend for my environment? I've been using open sights but not very successfully.

A:
One click of elevation or windage moves the Point of Impact (POI) approximately one MOA (1” at a distance of 100 yards, or 3/4” at 75 yards, or 1/2” inch at 50 yards, etc.). See Chart below for the 2.5 MOA, 5MOA, 20MOA/2.5MOA, and 45MOA/5MOA.
