very pleased with the sight, I purchased it for the gun my 7 year old grandson was going to use for turkey season it was so easy for him to adapt to I put one on my gun as well

No even close to a clear dot, more lines. Returned, per Tru Glo. Second unit is the same. If looking for target shooting, keep shopping!!!

Does this work on a crossbow? Is it set for one single yardage or can you use it for 20 all the way to 50 yards?

It will work on a crossbow but it is only sighted in at one distance. If you sight in at 30 yards you may have to compensate for shots at 50 yards. My crossbow scope has multiple dots for various distances from 20 - 50 yards. However, I don't recommend that type of scope.1 of 1
