Ideal for coolers, buckets, and baitwells, the submersible TRAC Portable Aerator features a self-priming centrifugal pump. Powered by 3 D-cell batteries (not included), the TRAC Portable Aerator uses a powerful spray that aerates water to keep bait alive. This increased oxygen level keeps your bait lively. An adjustable spray head allows you to increase or decrease the spray to meet your needs. A wide strainer base adds stability. A suction cup or screw mount allows you to mount the aerator as needed. The TRAC Portable Aerator runs 4 hours on new batteries and may even run dry without damage.

Its ok but has its limitations have used it on two fishing trips so far. Keeps shrimp live for a long time. It can be noisy if the output tube is above the water level. the suction cups are worthless. Unless you have a brand new bucket the cups don't stick to anything. Also the suction cups are positioned so they work best on a square bucket....which i don't use. I tried to suction the pump to the bottom of the bucket but once water was added it failed to suction. I have a feeling that this aerator will not last more than 3 months and it will become useless like most other aerators bought from bass pro. Why cant anyone make an aerator that lasts in salt water? May 7, 2014
cheap I purchased this aerator on line from Bass Pro. When the aerator arrived, I unpacked it and but the 3 D cell batteries in. When I reattached the battery holder the plastic slot broke away and the whole thing became useless. It is built with cheap/soft plastic that will not withstand any pressure without failing. I'm returning the item to Bass Pro. May 5, 2014
