Rated 5 out of 5 by It works great Easy to use and it does help tighten groups at longer ranges. Love the buckle system for easy and quiet on/off without making noise. Trigger is smooth and very touchy which is what you want bc when you're ready to smoke a big one it's gotta count. Let my buddy use mine and he got one too! September 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice Release This is a great release. I recently wanted to switch to a hook style release after my old release started to wear out. I tried the Spott Hogg and the TRU Fire releases at the same time as this one. The trigger on the Spott Hogg was the best, but the wrist wrap was the worst of all three. The TRU Fire wrist strap was awesome, but the trigger and hook release was by far mediocre to the TRU Ball Beast and the Spott Hogg. The TRU Ball Beast has a nice wrist wrap and the hook is really nice. The trigger is also pretty smooth. I used it for a javelina and deer hunt last month and I really enjoyed it. I did put some lubricant on the release where it attaches to the wrist strap and never noticed a problem February 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Truball Release This is an awesome release. the trigger has little to no movement in it wich allow for a cleaner release and you will not end up punching it. the hook is also amazing but the trap is alitte uncomfortable but over all this is the best release i have owned November 5, 2011

does the release head swivel back out of the way, or does it always stand out? For instance, could i tuck it in my sleeve when climbing a stand or would i need to take it off so it isnt causing a problem? sorry if my question isnt too clear.

A:
Yes it will flip over and tuck back. It doesn't stay there on it's own but covered with a sleeve it stays and you can climb.

It folds all the way back against your hand and I don't see any reason it wouldnt tuck inside a shirt sleeve. This is one of the reasons I bought the release.

I love this release and your question is very clear. But no, it's not designed to fold out the way like others are. What I do with this release is just stick it in a zipper pocket while climbing up and when I get to the top, pull it out and put it on.
