Rated 1 out of 5 by poor service I have these deck plates on my boat. They are 2005 and the o-rings are rotting. I can not get replacements. T-H marine has not responded to my messages. I cannot find the o-rings anywhere else. I am going to end up replacing the deck plates. August 1, 2012
