There no application guide Bought these stik with high hope i wouldn’t have to crawl under my dripping bass tracker to install my motor support bracket. While purchasing the stick I looked for a application guide to see if it fit my 90HP Mercury outboard and nowhere either in store information or packaging information could I find out which motor they would or would not fit.(no application guide) I'M lucky I don’t live fare from a bass pro store I bought a set and needless to say the only work on 115HP -150HP + up motors depending on which web site you go to motors Of course Bass Pro was more than happy to refund me my money. will not fit every motor I' m sure this product would be a great alternative to a transom saver but I wish the manufacturer would have listed any motors it wouldn't work on. I have a 1998 yamaha 200 v-max and when you lower it down on the sticks it will crush one side of it because there is a small round piece cast into the motor in the middle of the pocket. The package warns you of a grease fitting on the port side of the motor but you really need to get down low with a flashlight and you will see this cast piece. If it fits your motor this would be awesome but I guess I'm just out of luck! February 13, 2010
Questionable For Yamahas I've been using a motor-totor for years without any incidents and will be going back to it. The motor stiks were difficult to slide on to the power trim rods initially. After the stiks were in place, the motor was lowered. Everything seemed to be working just fine. When the boat was disconnected from the truck, a visual inspection of the stiks revealed that they had broken off a grease fitting on the lower unit-evidently not enough clearance. Consequently, i wouldn't recommend these for a Yamaha motor May 6, 2010
Seems good I haven't had it long but it fits great on my mercury 225 EFI and i traveled a couple hundred miles with it so far, I like it. I bought the detwillers though just to be on the safe side. Pole design transom savers suck and the swivel eaze ones are too high so this is a good value for money July 12, 2010

The ends of these motor sticks are made of molded nylon, according to the package insert. These are very poor products that I would never recommend.
