Good fit and look good Used this lock to replace the OME locks on my 1997 Skeeter. Fit and finish looked great. January 9, 2010
Looks simular but no comparison. This product compaired to the whitecap brand borderlines on being junk, The shaft is off set and the latch arms were hard to position to maintain a frount to back direction when stowed in the lock position.. I was going to keep them anyway but since I rateded them on here I am going to send them back. The locking device is also micky mouse compared to whitecap. They look simular but it was hard to tell from picture. I have a background of rigging boats so this is a intelligent review. I have in the past ordered latches from Bass Pro and am still very satisfied still with them. February 27, 2011
good purchase I recently purchased 6 of these handles for my Ranger Bass boat. I had to cut the holes larger in my lids, that was simple. The handles installed very easy and quickly. The lock system seems to work good and for the most part should keep most honest people honest. I think the packageing the handles come in could be better, sealed or stapled more. I was missing the hardware from two handles-the hardware can fall out of the packageing to easy. I reported this to Bass Pro and they said they are going to resolve the missing parts for me. Perfect replacement part My new boat came with 3 lid handles that were very similar to these, except that they didn't lock. Being on a very public recreational lake, I wanted to be able to lock my storage compartments. These lid locks were a perfect fit without requiring any modification to the existing hole. I had mine changed out in about a half hour. If your upgrading existing lid handles, or adding in some new ones, the installation of the handle and the adjustment of the latch is very easy, and the latch and lock tumbler work smoothly. Nice product. February 10, 2009

It works just fine on my 1997 Ranger. Take your old latch out and measure the hole opening. If it is between 2-2 1/2", then it should work just fine.

Well don't mean to be short but take out one of your locks and see what the hole size is. And there is your answer.

The simple answer is to take out one of your old locks and measure the hole. the lock gives very specific size it will fit. And comes with a spacer if need if need for a thinner cover. It fit my skeeter great but had to take a lock out to see the hole was big enough. Skeeter used a reducing washer for the OME locks making me think it would not fit. I checked out and then ordered.

I don't know about fit for your application, but I do have these on my boat and they are keyed-alike. They were original equipment so I don't know how to order.
I would not consider these SECURE as the only lock, they can be broken easily, but to lock while at the marina for lunch they are adaquate. I would still recommend a lock-bar of some kind, or standard hasp and padlock for overnight security.
