The TACO SS rod holder is a real winner. Had 6 of them on my boat for 5 years and they are all still functional, adjustable and shiny, showing virtually no rust or discoloration. They are very sturdy and the adjustable feature allows for simple relocation or repositioning to accommodate the number of fishers aboard. Not cheap, but well worth the price.

Love the appearence, flexibility of the design.
But the rail adapter inserts are a soft vinyl and will not tighten to the rail. Holder is equiped with set screws but even with those the holder slips and will not stay in position. Buy an adapter with metal clamps not vinyl.
