no matter how much you tighten this it does not stay, after an hour it is back down at the bottom, my fault for trying to save some money do not buy this!

Wanted an adjustable pedestal for my Jon Boat mod. These seemed solid, and a good value for the money.
A simple no nonsense product that works as advertised. Used them this weekend for the first time and am totally satisifed.
