The Swivl-eze Ski Tow Bar features a 360° rotational head with a nylon bushing for smooth slalom pulling. This Ski Tow Bar is designed to fit 3/4'' threaded pin-type pedestal systems, and its fixed post is constructed from 1-1/2" thick polished stainless steel tubing. Fixed 29'' high, the Tow Bar arms measure 7/8'' and 1" diameter and extend from 33" to 56". Underdeck access and drilling is required.

how is using this ski bar different from using a harness attached to the rear of my boat to pull a tube?

It puts the tow rope up above the motor and gives it a single pivot point as well.A:
The towbar will allow the pull to be centered on the boat making it easier to steer, it will also keep the rope out of the water which will result in less drag on the tube and boat allowing the tube to ride better on the water.Answers
