Rated 4 out of 5 by fishfan Pretty good BBQ book This is a pretty good book. It has a lot of basic "getting started" information which would be excellent for the beginner to smokin' & bbq'n. It covers grill types, fuel types, different wood species and many other grill techniques and know-how. If your not new to grillin' & bbq'n, then you'll most likely find something new and interesting in the recipes sections. They have recipes and grilling instructions from everything from soups and appetizers all the way to desserts. They're all pretty different from the usual grill recipes you find. March 16, 2008
