I got these to crimp on kisser buttons and brass nocks, it does the job just fine but if you are doing this allot you are better off buying nock set pliers since they are going to be easier to work with. This is an all in one pair of pliers and it is going to do good for the guys that just work on their bows at home or in an emergency when heading to hunt. I have used it to install loops a few times but prefer my viper loop pliers. These pliers will get the job done, you do sacrifice some ease of use for having so many options on one pair of pliers but it keeps your archery tool box a little lighter and gives you flexibility with one tool.
