I've used red eye specials since I've begun fishing. In my experience it has been the most reliable lure that I have ever used. I've caught bass, pike, and muskie on this bait. It seems like no matter what the conditions their are the red eye special will produce at least a few high quality fish. This lure is my go to lure in my box and for a price that you cannot beat.

The big willow leaf blade on this gives it a huge vibration that bass can't resist. I love using this aroung grass and other covor, and then just watching a bass strike it. Probobly my favorite spinner bait in my box. I love the holographic blade. Very attracting to a bass. Can't beat it.

I picked one of these up in the firetiger color thinking it would mimic a perch. Funny thing is the first 5 fish I cought on it were 12in. perch. I have cought a lot of bass with it and even picked up a few muskie. All in all I give an A.

I don't fish spinnerbaits too often, as I feel they are the go to bait for most fisherman around here. I like being different without risking success. But I do fish with this particular spinnerbait a lot whenever I do. I've had no problems with the blade design wearing off as some people seem to be saying. The skirt is strong and the strands stay tight and in place fairly well. The hook is strong and sharp. Trailer hooks help every spinnerbait, so add one. Love this spinnerbait.
