Every appendage features Strike King®'s exclusive Rage Tail® design - thin on one side, thick on the other, to accentuate movement and vibration and force bass to react. As a result Strike King's Rage Tail Lizard moves more water than its sleek, smooth body would warrant. More bites for you!

Strike King Rage Tail Lizard Softbaits 4.9 5 19 19
Simply awesome! This is the greatest soft bait i have ever used. Works best on bass. People have told me that when u hop it, it must be a small jerk. Wrong!!!!! U want to do a big one. The reason being is that its more noticeable and it has a greater decline which causes a bigger cloud of mud. And u must reel in as well. But ony two revolutions. (revolution in this case means how many times u spin ur reel after each hop. Just to clarify.) As long as u do that, ur gonna catch a lot of fish. U should use this technique when ur fishin on the shore. I garuntee u success cuz last time i went fishin i caught 5 fish in under 1 hour. All were keepers. i hope this helps!!! June 25, 2009
Outstanding I have been fishing lizard ever scince I can remember and I have to damit this is the best performing lizard I have ever used. This is great for bass in heavy cover. This is perfect for all types of weather. The Rage Tail makes anything turn in to a bass loving bait once it hits the water. This is great in the green colors. I have found this to work best in murky water and in cover. May 11, 2009
Best Lizard out there! Best Lizard I have used by far!!!! Incredible action. Try it on a shakee head. April 20, 2009
Great action! I love this lizard! It has alot of action and they hold up well. I prefer the junebug and watermelon red colors. My only complaint is that with all the rage tail baits, they smell too much like plastic. Even with the coffee scent, they still smell like plastic, so make sure you use a spray scent to mask the smell. I wish strike king would make their scent a little better but I still recommend this lizard. January 26, 2009

I like these baits and I have good luck with them when I use the non-coffee scented baits.
How can I tell if I am ordering baits with the coffee scent or without the coffee scent?
Thanks!

Not to well but it is a good bait to Carolina rig. it has a slow fall and has a lot of action. All four legs flap up and down and the tail flaps back and forth. Plus the coffee scent is awesome!!! The bass will hang on a long time so you can set the hook. The bass Love the action and the coffee scent!! Try them you will love them. If you want a floating lizard though try the Bass Assassin lizard the work good to and they are made out of a floating material. I hope this has helped. Good Luck and Happy Fishing

If the item is not listed online or in a catalog, then we do not carry that color through the catalog/online department. You might check with the Retail Store or Zoom. Thanks

during the spawn you pull it thru the nests and the bass inhale it because it is a threat to the eggs. you can carolina, texas, or weedless rig it.
