  • Short, fat body
  • Extra-large pincers
  • Swirls and Twirls for eye-catching action
The Strike King Rage Tail Chunk's short, fat body tempts finicky fish with a tasty meal while the extra-large pincers swirl and twirl for eye-catching action. For best results, fish the Rage Tail Chunk as a jig trailer for swimming jugs, flipping jigs, casting jigs, and football head jigs.
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Action! The claws have great action. I put them on my football jigs and they look great sticking up in the water. Good lure. January 21, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ragetail Chunk Great trailer for swim jigs. My number one combination for fishing grass, especially eel grass. The KVD swim jig and a RTChunk is a "Deadly" combination August 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by catch lots of fish but..... Rigged on a jig these things smash fish! I wish they were more durable, only get @ 2-3 fish per bait before they rip the legs off. The action of these baits is crazy good when they fall through the water. July 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great trailer I use this with the Booyah Boo Jig and can catch them in the stumps all day long June 2, 2013

I use only SK Rage chunks for jig trailers and match the trailer with the jig color.

If your fishing REALLY heavy cover, it's hard to beat the real pork frog type of trailer. It has it's disadvantages though; it will dry out if you keep it out of the water for a period of time and can be difficult to remove from the hook. The Zoom trailers work pretty well and I have switched over to them almost entirely. Worms, Senko type baits as well as creature baits all will work as well.
