Best Spinner Baits
The Strike King spinnerbaits in the silver double willow are the ticket for me in clear water. Both times I've used them this spring I've caught big bass. Really like the stinger hooks that come already on the bait.

This is an awesome spinnerbait. The trailer hook really helps land some extra fish when they are short striking. The design in the skirt is great so that you never have the need for a trailer. Pretty much the only spinnerbaits I throw now.

i would use a rubber worm in a bright color or you could also use a natural color. Rig it texas or carolina style and fish it near cover or on the bottom. It is warm out then fish it quick or slow at the bottom, if it is a little cooler out then fish at the bottom slowly with a little jerk to move it across the bottom. it also depends on what the fish has already seen. Try and find something that the fish have probobly never seen or change the look of your lure. like on a buzz bait you could tweek the buzzer part and make it louder or squeekier to make it more appealing. just try new thing and that could possibly help with your problem.
I also fish a stained lake and firetiger has always worked. The key with spinners is being able to cast it long distances for long retrieves to cover distances. Monkey around with speed of retrieve and depth of lure.
The firetiger color is great in stained water, and overcast days. Windy days seem to be better spinnerbait days. As far a techniques, don't always reel your spinnerbait straight in. Pause it by giving it quick jerks. or twiches. This will make the bait look more like a hurt, or dying bait fish. This work very well around docks, and grass cover. This spinnerbait works well on finicky bass because of its built in trailer hook. It will still catch fish even if a bass short strikes the bait.
In stained water the firetiger will wrok very good. Also , try changing the skirt out to a black/blue or straight balck skirt. The sillohuette provided by the darker skirt produces more strikes in stained to dirty water.
