Magic tails flow with the colors of the bait from top to bottom and have terrific action, eliminating the need for a trailer. Skirt blooms wide for unbelievable action. Manufacturer model #: PFT32.
Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 33 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Skirts I have used these for several years. Easy to use and are durable. April 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best spinnerbait skirts I have fished with many brands and types of spinner bait skirts. I like these the best. They are easily installed, last well, and come in the colors I prefer. These skirts undulate during retrieve of the spinnerbait and actually look like they are swimming. I catch lots of bass with these. February 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Skirts Far and away the best replacement skirts anywhere. I have even removed a few original spinnerbait skirts and used the Perfect Skirt instead. They are very durable too. Usually the bait's wire will break before the skirt is 'plucked' by catching so many bass. A very good purchase indeed. July 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I don't use any other skirt! Since I've started using the Perfect Skirts, I really don't use any other kind if I have a choice. I fish for bass, northern and walleye, and they all seem to love them! They take a fair amount of abuse, considering what I put them through and the colors are great! May 28, 2012

Answer this Question

Answers

A:
Without a doubt (and I realize some will disagree) bright white or any combination that is largely white, is the best year around color. I have some black buzzbaits but that's because the fish is looking upwards so you need a silhouette in that situation, but a spinnerbait is most often seen face on by the fish, so white works best.

Water clarity plays into that. Clear water natural colors watermelon and green pumpkin. Stained I like black and blue.

A:
Yes they are and I would caution you not to use super glue when you put them on because when the spinnerbait breaks you may want to remove the skirt.

Yes they are just make sure to slide over the main body of the bait and do not let the barb of the hook grab it. I run water over mine before I do it.

These can be changed easily and often. The old collars are more difficult to change and sooner than later the collar will dry and break. I'm sure you'll be happy with the newer type skirts.

I think these skirts are better, they have great action and they hide trailer hooks with the extra tail.

A:
I have used both and I prefer the strike king. It is softer and more supple, plus you don't need a trailer. You can also trim skirt to suit you individual needs.

I would have to say that the Strike king are almost as good but they have the advantage with the longer tail. The extra length helps hide a trailer hook.

Yes they will fit. I bought extra skirts and I had some terminator spinnerbaits that have been through the mill afer a few battles with some Northern Pike. I tried the skirts on the terminator baits and they fit great!
