Strike King® Hack Attack Jig
Confidently cast to a big bass holding in the thickest cover with the Hack Attack Jig, the deadliest heavy-cover jig Strike King has ever made. Designed to be fished in and around the heaviest shallow and deep water cover, the Hack Attack Jig features an exclusive no-flex Extreme Gamakatsu® black nickel heavy wire hook for extra bite, and a 30º line tie to increase hook-up percentages. An innovative head shape and heavy-duty weed guard lets the Hack Attack Jig come through cover with ease, while its silicone skirt produces plenty of strike-enticing movement. The Hack Attack Jig is made for heavy fluorocarbon or braided line and heavy rods.

This jig was made to fish heavy cover, and it works great! I have pitched the Hack Attack jig into thick grass, around wood, and docks, and it doesn't get hung up. It is compact, and has a good fall rate. The weed guard, and hook are perfection. This jig is quckly becoming my go to pitching, and flipn' jig.

I caught over 30 fish one morning in a local lake with a hack attack and a paca craw trailer. 3/8 and 1/2 ounce are what i used. I dragged it on the bottom and twitched it after each pull. be sure to trim the weed guard back it will help you get more hook sets.

this jig is for ripping through heavy weeds and cover that the bass like to hide in. this jig is for bouncing off the bottom fairly quickly, not too fast that nothing can get it but if you let it sit on the bottom it will fall over. its design is made to pull through cover. if you want something to sit on the bottom and move along the bottom you need a jig with a football head. check out the strike king pro series football heads. you want the football head jigs because its wider and it can sit on the bottom and not tip over, also you can bounce it off rocks better too. but again if you fish an area with a lot of cover and weeds stick with what you have1 of 1
