''I personally designed this jig years ago and it is still my go-to-lure for most of my fishing. Jig fishing is my deal and I want a jig that I have utmost confidence in. The Pro-Model is it.''
Pro Angler Denny Brauer

Do as Denny Brauer does when he needs to generate some action quickly and tie on a Premier Pro-Model Jig from Strike King. The Premier Pro-Model Jig's durable Mirage silicone skirt produces loads of strike-provoking action and the extra-loud double barrel rattle has four BBs to ensure maximum rattle attraction. The double barrel rattles' innovative design also helps keep pork bait trailers in the proper position and has keeper for soft plastics. A thick fiber weedguard lets you pitch, flip or swim the Premier Pro-Model Jig into or through just about any heavy cover. Black nickel hook is all business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Jig! This jig is awesome! The first time I used it, I caught a 8 1/2 pounder! That was the 3/8 pumpkin green color with a watermelon Denny Brauer Chunk. Awesome price, too. March 8, 2008
Rated 3 out of 5 by few problems Im really rough on jigs. I can throw them pretty much all day long. Therefore i like jigs that are really durable. Ive had a problem with the rattles falling out if i hit a dock or piling too hard. And you cant replace those rattles too easily. Also once your skirt wears out and you need to replace them, the rattle holder is in the way? I think its a horrible design, but the jig will catch fish about as good as any other March 3, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Jig This is the first year I have used the "jig and pig". I chose the Denny Brauer jig because of a friend who suggested this jig. I was very happy with the quality. I caught alot of bass in the spring on this jig. You can flip it any where and 9 times out of 10 you will be able to pull it out with no snags. Bass go crazy when you drop it in front of them. I could see my line just take off in the water. Once I got used to flippin the jig I had a great time with it. Great Jig you should try you would love it. Thanks BPS and Denny Brauer. Rated 5 out of 5 by Pr0-Model Jig It's the only jig I fish. I have tried others, but I keep coming back the one designed by the premier jig fisherman in America. Good hooks, unique heads, and an action in the water that works! January 19, 2007

A:
Not sure but it is a nice sized hook for flipping. Just smaller than the hack attack jig, just from looking at it.

The color I've had most success with when jig fishing for largemouth bass is black/blue with a black trailer.

Absolutely. I flip/pitch it, cast it, vertical jig it. You can do it all with this great jig.

Absolutely! I use the 3/8 ounce jig most of the time and with a Zoom trailer, it has plenty of bulk. I cast it, pitch it, flip it, and yo-yo this jig. The only think I don't like is that if I hit the jig against a rock when I'm casting or pitching it, I have broken off the rattle chamber. Other than that, it's perfect. It's the only jig I carry any more. LOVE this bait and have one tied on YEAR ROUND.
