Strike King Denny Brauer Premier Pro-Model Jig
I recently bought a few of these jigs and yes, they do produce more quality fish than many other baits. However, I'm wondering if the hooks are as good as they say they are. Yesterday I lost the biggest bass of my life with the 3/8 in black and blue with a black/blue brush hog tail trailer. It was a subtle bite in the bottom of a submerged tree.I set the hook firmly, got it out of the cover, and 5 feet from the boat she jumped and shook it right out of her jaw. DEVASTATING! Throughout the day I lost 2 more fish the exact same way. I like these jigs and landed about 10 fish yesterday, but losing the fish of a lifetime was rough.

This is the first year I have used the "jig and pig". I chose the Denny Brauer jig because of a friend who suggested this jig. I was very happy with the quality. I caught alot of bass in the spring on this jig. You can flip it any where and 9 times out of 10 you will be able to pull it out with no snags. Bass go crazy when you drop it in front of them. I could see my line just take off in the water. Once I got used to flippin the jig I had a great time with it. Great Jig you should try you would love it.
Thanks BPS and Denny Brauer.

pull the bass out of rocks
This jig really makes the bass go wild. i was fishing in a small pond and there was one part by a bridge that had huge bolders and rocks pilled together. there was a small channel beteewn two bolders i knew some bass were there but i could not catch them.
i tried crankbaits, worms, grubs, craws and lizzards but not a single bit. then i threw in my newly bought jig and got a killer hit. it was a four pound bass. then i threw it into another spot and one hit it again it was a three pound bass. this thing makes them crazy.

One of the better I've used
I'm not going to tell you that it's the best jig out there, but it's pretty dang close! I use the 1/2 ounce in the black/ blue color with a matching zoom super chunk (the super chunk doesn't have as much action as some of the other trailers on the market, but it allows me to better control the jig's fall speed) and this past year I landed a 6 lb bass!!! If the results I've had and the ones mentioned in past reviews aren't enough to convince you, I'll just tell you: do yourself a favor and buy one of these jigs.
