Just used this line in Maine fishing for strippers and had no problem hauling in several nice strippers from shore. Largest caught was 35", 17 lbs. Awesome value for the money!

I like the clear blue because you can watch your line for the subtle bites. Excelent knot and line strength.

I have used this product since the 70's and the blue florescent color is the best and I have had no complaints about the line.

Performs as advertised, prior to this I was using Trilene but then switched to Stren on a friends recommendation. While the difference isnt amazing, it is a bit better in my opinion. Feels smoother, less memory and I prefer the clear/fluorescent blue color they have. It makes it easy for me to watch my line but still have it be near invisible in the water.

I use 17lb. stren on baitcasters for river fishing.
