Great little light
Very happy. Compact, yet lights up 150 yards with ease.

This is really my first high-quality spotlight I've purchased, and I have been very pleased so far. Of course, the sticking point will always be the price, but when the cheaper ones keeping breaking, it is well worth the extra money. It is very lightweight even if it is battery-powered. It has three excellent beam variations with the high/low/strobe. Another positive is the trigger is just like a flashlight with a "click off/on" as opposed to having to keep the trigger depressed.

This was a great purchase with the following attributes. Compact design, outstanding light output with good spot and extraordinary perifial light around spot, adjustable stand support, three way switch, power source and priced right. The Streamlight product is always exceptional and one that you can depend on.

The Waypoint I received would not turn on. Took it back and got another one. Works great! The switch may need to be improved. It just don't feel as sturdy as the light itself.

Not sure of the CP equivalent, but there are some websites with the conversion factors listed. Some have where you can insert the values into a formula. Just look for "lumen to candlepower conversion."
