bought from friends recommendation I am a rem 870 guy my whole life. Have a 30 yr old 3" 870. Old reliable. Needed 3 1/2 to go goose hunting, friend said buy a Stoeger, his brother shoots competion and switched over to Stoeger a yr ago. Super pleased. So I took a chance. Looking for price, reliability and quality. Felt good, looks good, shoulders good. Shoot good too. Pump action sticks on chambering a round, have to really work at it. At end of first day hunt attempted to change choke tubes. Like to have never got it out. Also discovered the carrier had a deformity to it, off center and bent. BP has sent it back to Stoeger. Will wait and see results. Everyone makes a bad one now and then. Will write new review when it comes back. January 2, 2012
Strongly Recommend this Gun I do not currently own this gun but I plan to purchase it in the near future. I had the opportunity to turkey hunt this year with this rifle and I was very impressed at how tight the turkey choke operated on this weapon. I was able to get a headshot shooting from 70 yards with this weapon. I have no idea if I was just lucky but the bird took off running and I lead him in the shot and he dropped nicely. Thanks to this weapon my family will be eating turkey this spring. Thanks again Stoeger for such an incredible product. April 28, 2013
Great Gun For The Price I bought this gun because an airline had lost my Benelli on a trip, I am glad I did! I now have a great backup gun. After breaking it in (About 25 rds) It works smooth as butter. When you first get it, it is stiff to say the least, but after cleaning it good and shooting off about 20 rds it was ready to go! Never have had a single problem with it now for over 3 years of use. Performs great in any hunting condition from Deer Hunting to Bird and Duck hunting. I do recommend better quality chokes than what comes with it but they still work fine for the every once in awhile hunter. I have to admit I have treated it kind of rough but never has let me down. You will not be disappointed with it. JUST Clean it and Break it in. Do not just shoot it a couple times and call it a trash gun! Give it a chance! December 21, 2013
no recoil I bought this gun from bass pro in November and killed a deer in December with it. One of the best parts about this gun is the lack of recoil. The recoil pad on the gun cuts down recoil and i once shot the gun with one arm. I run full choke with 00 buckshot and patterned it at 40 yards easily. I would recommend this gun to a friend with the exception of that when the stoger p350 is shot you have to pull the pump back harder than other shotguns.great gun overall December 10, 2013
