I have a 1968 18 ft. starcraft holliday stern drive that would not level out enough, so I put the hydrofoil on the boat and can make it want to dive if I wanted to.takes the boat right out of the water. I used to have a 21ft. sylvan offshore 120 hp outboard and I could bring the boat up high enough that it was extreamly hard to steer because of only the motor being left in the water. Every boat should have one.

Installed the StingRay on Yamaha 115 on 20' center console. Boat was stern heavy and had issues with planning out...especially with full tank of gas and a couple of passengers. I can now run the boat at much slower speeds and remain on plane...boat handles chop and wakes much better and makes for a pleasent ride.
This has got to be the best accessory I have ever added. Install could get a little tricky with lining up holes to drill and keeping stabilizer square....I actually drilled one hole and bolted the unit on with one screw and then used the stabilizer as the template to drill the remaining three holes.
