These are sterling silver and nickel-free. "Hypoallergenic" is a marketing term, not a medical term and is a bit misleading as there are *always* some people are allergic to a particular metal or other substance. If you can wear sterling silver, you will be fine with the Sand Dollar earrings. Thanks1 of 1
