I have been utilizing the Stearns Eliminator automatic PFD for over a year now with great results. The unit is comfortable, functional, and easy to wear. I did experience an activation due to my neglect when I dropped the unit out of the boat into the water. My concerns about rearming were "Eliminated" by the "Eliminator" Rearming Kit. Nothing could be easier to do. Swing the arm, drop the pill, replace the green pin, spin in the cartridge and to fishing. I now keep an extra kit in the boat for my clumsy days. Thank you.
