The camera is easy to setup and only takes 8 AA batteries. If you purchase this unit give it a good bit of movement out of the box looking at the center of the lens. If its moving around get another one. I will have to return this one after getting all the way into the woods and mounting it. I will most likely spend more than 99$ and get something different.

Rated 5 out of 5 Works like a charm!
I purchased this camera back in May and have been using it all summer. It takes great pictures and even better videos! Having audio with the video is also a great feature! I have been very pleased with the trigger speeds. You MUST read the directions to understand this camera, but once you do, it is fool proof! I also purchased the "no-glo" version recently. THIS is the better camera! It takes better night videos and I can not tell that it "spooks" the deer more than the no-glo. Great buy, highly recommended. I will be buying more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Love4theHunt Withstands bear attacks
I purchased this cam this spring to improve my knowledge of the bear activity at my bait station. I have purchased two of their cheap flash model cams and have been vary impressed so i decided to purchase a higher megapixal cam with video.
The cam has a slow trigger so its missed alot of shots that the cheaper model has taken. The first week this cam took 23 pictures and the cheap out dated model took almost 200.
The onlypics it took were of a bear licking the cam then hitting it with his paw. The bear put two claws through the motion sensor, Filled the holes with silicone and replaced on tree works better now then ever Video is clear and crisp even got a nice video of a second bear trying to eat the cam, only a couple scratched. Withstood two differant bears, cam makes bear angry wouldnt recommened to bear hunters.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Loves2huntWildgame Didn't last but one season
I bought this camera during the 2012 deer season and it took a great video of a big buck! The quality of the video was awesome. When deer season went out, the camera was stored without the batteries and SD card. However, when I set it up this week, I discovered the camera was no longer working. For example, I was looking out of my bathroom window and witnessed a deer standing in front of the camera. To my surprise, the camera took one picture of the deer BEFORE it was in front of the camera and zero pictures with it standing in front of it. The photo was blurred and you couldn't tell if it was a buck or doe. The test light keeps flashing but will not take pictures. Needless to say, I have been disappointed with the quality of this trail camera. I would give this product a ZERO for overall rating. A trail camera that costs $100 should last more than a few weeks.
