Stansport Propane Converter
Coleman 2-burner conversion
My daughter needed a camp stove for a beach expedition but was apprehensive about using white gas with our vintage Coleman two burner camp stove, so I ordered this Stansport converter so the stove can be fueled with disposable propane cylinders. It works great! The little spring works well to attach securely to side of grill.
Great value. Stove lights easily and works as original.

Works Good !!!
I just recieved this the other day, 1-2-15. I have 2 Coleman 2-burner stoves, one has the tank & pump the other does not. The valve on the metering rod has seen its last. I deemed it to be hazardous.
I found this valve the other day on the website. Ordered it and am Glad I Did !!! I tried it out and it lit both eyes with no difficulty .
This is a welcome addition to my Emergency Gear as well as the camping, fishing, hunting, cooking outside and other things. I am Pleased with the construction, directions and Quality of this Converter. (planning on getting a couple of more) Thanks Bass Pro & Stansport...

Must Have Coleman Accessory
Great alternative to Coleman fuel and more convenient to use. I first tested it on my 1970 413G stove by cooking breakfast on my front steps. Neighbors were impressed. I then used it camping at a higher altitude. I baked French bread and biscuits in the Coleman Camp Oven, and heated chili. I stretch the spring tight by attaching it to the grill grate. It holds the LPG bottle tighter. So far, I’m loving this product. It appears durable. My first uses were in August. I’ll still likely use Coleman fuel for hunting camp, but bring the converter along as a spare fuel source. It stows nicely in the stove along with a BernzOmatic LPG cylinder, with room still for the original Coleman tank.

I bought a Coleman 413G dated 12-79 at a garage sale for $10. It is great condition. The older gentleman said he didn't camp anymore. It sat in my garage for 5 years. I never used it, because I didn't want to have two fuel sources, and add more stuff to load/haul. I tried this and it works great. It's like a brand new stove. I hooked up my propane bottle to it, and it worked great. It has a spring that helps keep it tight. Couldn't be happier. I think I'm going to buy the Mr Heater propane adapter to save on the cost of the bottles.
