Handy for sharing one full sized tank between a camp stove and a bbq . I already had conversion hoses for both appliances and didn't want to have to buy two new hoses to use the colman distribution pipe.

I understand that the "Y" connector will fit into a 20lb tank but are the outputs the 20lb size or the 1lb size?

20 if using male end type input, if it has the big plastic type it wont fit to that adapter

You use one 20lb Tank and then connect your items (stove, heater) to each end with the hose. You will not connect to another tank. One tank only.Details:Â

The connector it self is extremely safe. It is the operator that makes things unsafe.

Stansport says: Allows two P.O.L. appliances to be connected to bulkcylinder. Also, you might check with Stansport by calling 800-421-6131 but I do show a problem with it working.
