The Rigged Ribbit Frog from Stanley Jigs is one of the most exciting soft plastic baits out there. Producing heart-pounding action that provokes explosive strikes, the Rigged Ribbit Frog is deadly when fished with a stop-n-go retrieve along weed lines or around logs and lily pads. Pack contains 1 rigged frog and 2 spares.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome frog This frog works great on bass and pike.I prefer using the double hooks. I'll have to try the bull size. July 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works Great The Watermelon Red Pearl (color #3) works great. I've had success with it multiple times this summer. I tend to get more hits when I fish it like a crank bait, and reel at a slow to medium speed, keeping the lure about 6 inches under the surface. Attached is a picture of a 3lb 10oz bass i caught with it (It was released in excellent health). July 11, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by bad lure i have us ed this frog a couple of times, it does not work good the action is ok but it sinks and does not get bites. June 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by frog crazy i've seen frogs fished, i've fished frogs. but never a frog like this. hogs go wild for them. their actions on top water remarkable. they're the last resort the first time. so pic up a frog and go hog crazy. March 21, 2011

The answers provided so far are recommendations for what to use, but don't speak to what the bait comes with.

Anyone out there buy the pre-rigged Ribbit and know what size hook it comes with?

I believe I bought the weighted hooks you are looking for at Bass Pro near Pigeon Forge TN last Saturday. They are made by Gambler Lures. They are called: Chris Lane's Double Trouble Toad Hook. They work well for me. Try Bass Pro online or google with the above information.

I had the same problem as you finding hooks for these frogs so i just buy the pack of three with one rigged with the perfect hook...you can try owner hooks but good luck finding the right size (i couldn't). Also about you wanting the weighted hooks...try dragging these frogs along the surface in shallow weedy/lillypad waters (unweighted). They make a bubbling wake and kill where i fish.
