This cabinet is a good deal for the money. It would be nice if the cabinet was another 1-2 inches deeper. I have two rifles with scopes and leather military slings. As a result they barely fit in the cabinet. It would work fine except for the slings. The stand outs for the scopes work well. I modified the shelf unit by cutting it up and mounting it along the two sides of the cabinet instead of having it go across the width of the cabinet. This allowed me to put my shotgun in the cabinet without having to slide the barrel behind the shelf. On my cabinet the keys worked a little stiffly so I sprayed some silicone spray in the lock. Do not do that. Where the silicone ran down the door it left a streak in the paint. I tried waxing the door but that did not take the streak out. All that said, I do believe the cabinet was worth the money. I do believe it would be wise to screw or bolt the cabinet to something since it is fairly light. My cabinet arrived in good condition and I received it in about one week from the date I ordered it.

If you own only a few guns, then this is a great gun cabinet. Pretty secure for a very inexpensive gun case. You don't have to spend 1,000 dollars on a case that you are going to put 7 guns in.
