Good fit and finish on this product. Comes in a couple different lengths to accommodate people of all sizes and preferred uses. In my case I got the 24" adjustable to 29" pedistal because of my long legs and the fact that I like to sit high in the boat while fishing. Adjustable piston is a little stiff when new and adjusts down very slowly when lever is pulled, which is't a problem for me but I weigh 250 lbs. Someone lighter may have a hard time getting it to go down.
