I have only used the pedestal once since I received it. It fits into the base easily and seems to be a solid fit. It swivels and goes up and down as I expected. Time will tell. It's too early to give honest advantages/disadvantages or recommendations. It's just what I wanted, but to me it is super expensive.

Yes it will fit your 2 3/8" base The pole is 2 3/8" diameter.A:Â
Not familiar wity "Swivil-eze" but yes it must be a "Keyed" base. As far as I know this is a Springfield "thing".Answers
