I had to return the product due to my dog was used to getting shocked when she heard a beep. I have a underground fence which had shocked her but a lot stronger. When I turned the collar on . My dog refused to move. I couldn't use the product so I sent it back.

I have tried 2 other training collars and this is by far the best. works as advertised. my dog is very stubborn. when i call him he would just sit and stare at me. I have trained him to come to me when he hears the "beep" from the collar. so when he wonders out of ear shot, i press the tone button and he comes running. i would recommend this collar to anyone trying to train their dog. the only down side is the 12 hours for recharge. but it will last days according to how much you use the static shocker.

i bought a collar from a store near me in ontario and it was over 350$, i found the exact same collar online from basspro shops and with shippping and tax included it was almost 150$ cheaper, not only does i work the same (which is amazing and i love that the transmitter and receiver are waterproof) but it is a very good saftey device if you live close to roads and like to have your dog off leash, i am using sport dog collars from now on with any of my dogs and i have recommended it to many people already! the 8 settings along with the nick, continuous, sound and the design is perfect and totally what i was looking for

This collar works very well. My only complaint - the battery dies quickly and requires recharging - and the recharge takes like 12 hours, so you need to plan ahead.
It's very rugged, and my dog has gone into ponds with it, so the waterproofing is important.

i youtubed some stuff and its a lady and she explains it pretty well other than that i just watched other videos on youtube and read alot, the main one i watched was under "panzertoo" theres alot of videos that didnt help but the ones that did were awesome and my two dogs are amazing now because of the videos and the collars
