I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this line. It holds up well on a spinning reel with all the twisting the line goes through. I mainly fish jigs, so I'm constantly casting and reeling. I have noticed some fraying in the last 10-15 feet of line and this is after fishing 2 months at 2-3 times a week but I have all the confidence in the strength in the line.

Never again will I buy this line. It is cheap, it frays easily and it dyed my revo s baitcaster green. I now have a green waxy residue on my hands going on 3 days now. It has the highest memory I've ever seen on any kind of line. I've caught only one 2lb. Bass on it and it nearly snapped with that, on 50 lb! No, I would not reccomend this unless I REALLY didn't like that person.

EZ Braid is not as strong as advertized. Snaps and frays quicker than other braids. Appears to be more visible because of the outside coating/layer on the line. There are better options, even if you're a casual angler I'd avoid the purchase.

I have used this line on different combos. I think it casts better than mono. The only downside is, on a spinning rig, the line tends to fray because of the way it gets whipped around the eyelets on that type of rod/reel combo.
