SpiderWire®: Nothing gets away!
SpiderWire takes you where the fish are. It gives you the sensitivity to feel the lightest bite, the control you need for a secure hookset, and the strength to endure the toughest fish. Regardless of the species you're after or the cover you're fishing, SpiderWire will ensure that nothing gets away!

25% stronger than the original SpiderWire Super Mono EZ Line, this controlled-stretch, multi-purpose line is the monofilament choice for anglers! 220-yard spool.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 71 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 its JUNK!!!! I just created a basspro account to tell everyone how horrible this line is. I lost several fish on this junk. I will never buy this line or any other spiderwire product for that matter. When i got back off the lake i tied a 2.5 pound weight on the end of this line and the other end to a basketball hoop. It could barely hold the 2.5 pounds. When i let the weight drop about 10 inches (what would be your hook set) snap.... every time. If your into competition fishing i would highly recommend this stuff to the guys your fishing against. Hope this helps. Dont let this stuff ruin your fishing trip!!!!! Im kinda upset this review makes me give it one star.. it doesn't even deserve that!!!! August 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tough line This line is very tough. I use the 4 pound line for crappie fishing when using smaller lures and it works great, is easy to cast and holds up great even after hundreds of casts. July 19, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Buy this....if you want to LOSE fish!!! Terrible product. Very brittle line that snaps very easily. I lost two NICE bass fishing with this junk. I also lost a brand new spinner when I got snagged on some weeds and tried to work it loose....something I've done before with other brands at the same .lb test rating with less disastrous results. DO NOT BUY....unless you want to lose fish and valuable lures. June 26, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Line Ever This is the worst fishing line I have ever purchased. Within one week, the line looked like a corkscrew coming off my reel. I have never had mono that went bad so quickly. June 5, 2011

Why would you want to do that???

If you have to splice two similar diameter lines together, the best method is a blood knot...

Look online and search the terms "uni to uni knot" that is an easy to tie knot that you can use to join just about any combination of lines, example's, mono to mono, braid to braid, mono to braid ect...
